Nate Doucette, fine art painter, in his Honolulu studio with African and North American wildlife paintings

Nate Doucette is an artist living in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi. Nate graduated from the Maine College of Art and Design with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree. As a young artist his focus was in sculpture, using bronze and steel as his main mediums. After traveling in Tanzania and throughout South Africa he was inspired by the nature of Africa and began painting fine art wildlife.

Nate currently works in acrylic paint, charcoal, graphite, colored pencil, and pen on birch wood, with each piece individually framed.
